Can I add a second iTunes account user to my iPod touch via WiFi without synching to a computer? How?

I recently purchased an iPod touch with preloaded software. I don’t want to synch it to my computer and risk wiping out this expensive medical software program. The iPod won’t let me purchase anything from iTunes because it recognizes the original account holder ( the company) as its “owner”. Can I add another account to iTunes via WiFi?

go to settings > general > reset > reset all settings

this will keep all your stuff just your settings will disappear such as

brightness
mail accounts
the way icons are ordered (you can change this by holding down finger until they jiggle then move around the icons)

When you go to buy something you can type in account

Note you cannot create account from this point only sign in
